The recycling project "BE GREEN BE COOL", has as main objective, to inculcate in children the habit of recycling in the classroom, the cafeteria and in its turn home. Emerges from the need to reduce the impact of school in the environment around us, as well as to encourage a change of habits in homes and families of all of them.

International Children's Day

Hi friends, I want to inform you about a festival we celebrated last week.Turkey celebrate April 23rd Children's Day. It is an official holiday dedicated to the children of Turkey and (from 1979 on) the world. The day is celebrated annually in Turkey with spectacular activities. It is celebrated with the principle of "PEACE AT HOME, PEACE IN THE WORLD" through the participation of an average of 42 countries. This year it was celebrated in Konya and more than 100 countries have participated up to today.

Thymus funkii

The genus Thymus contains about 350 species of aromatic perennial herbaceous plants and subshrubs to 40 cm tall in the family Lamiaceae, native to temperate regions in Europe, North Africa and Asia. Thymus funkii is a new endemic species in the SE Albacete.

Rosmarinus officinalis

It is a member of the mint family Lamiaceae, and is a woody, perennial herb with fragrant, evergreen, needle-like leaves and white, pink, purple or blue flowers, native to the Mediterranean region. The name derives from the Latin words ros marinus, which translate as dew of the sea. The leaves, both fresh and dried, are used in traditional Mediterranean cuisine and medicine.
